Information for customers accompanied by dogs

Please ensure that you and your dog are always together in shared spaces.Please refrain from leaving your pet unattended, using the pet while the owner is away, or leaving the door open.As we also have regular customers visiting our store, we may ask you to leave if you do not follow the rules.

Our service is limited to 100 minutes, and we do not offer extensions.Please be punctual so that we can prepare for the next customer (including disinfection).

For hygiene reasons, wearing a diaper is mandatory.Please take responsibility for handling your pet's waste (feces and urine).Depending on the situation, a cleaning fee may be charged.

Excessive barking is a nuisance to other customers and tenants.If your behavior does not improve after being warned by staff, you may be asked to leave the premises.

You may be asked to leave immediately if any of the following occur: leaving your dog unattended, leaving the door open, your dog barking excessively, your dog not wearing a diaper, failing to properly dispose of your dog's waste, or exceeding the 100-minute time limit.Please note that we cannot issue refunds even if you are asked to leave the premises due to a rule violation.
