<Information for guests with dogs>

Owners must be with their dogs in the shared spaces.Please refrain from leaving your pet unattended, using the facility when the owner is not present, or leaving the door open.As general customers also visit the store, we may ask you to leave if you do not follow the rules.

Our store has a 100-minute usage limit and we do not accept extensions.Please cooperate by being punctual so that we can prepare for the next customer (including disinfection).

For hygiene reasons, diapers are required.Owners are responsible for their pet's excrement (feces and urine).Depending on the situation, a cleaning fee may be charged.

Barking unnecessarily is a nuisance to other customers and tenants.If you do not improve even after being warned by our staff, we may ask you to leave the store.

If any of the following behaviors occur, you may be asked to leave the facility immediately: leaving your dog unattended, leaving the door open, barking without being cured, not wearing a diaper, not properly disposing of excrement, or staying for more than 100 minutes.Please note that we will not offer refunds even if you are asked to leave due to a violation of the rules.
